The Ala-Archa alpine camp was started in 1952. It was a very promising area for mountaineering and the camp developed more and more. In 1967 a good road was built here, as well as some buildings were built.
The alpine camp is located at the intersection of three gorges - Ala-Archa, Adygene and Ak-Sai. There are dozens of mountaineering routes in each of them. The most attractive is Ak-Sai gorge. There are about two dozen peaks, with more than one hundreds routes around the Ratsek Hut. In 1969 the construction of a mountain hut begins here. Now it is a modern hotel, where you can spend the night and order a simple dinner. There are also small cozy huts on Uchitel and Corona glaciers.
Ak-Sai is probably the best place for mountaineering. The proximity of the big city, short distances, the availability of huts, the possibility of a helicopter for rescue make this area very popular among climbers of the world.
We offer you a program of mountaineering training. Rock climbing, ice climbing, use of special equipment, various techniques you will learn here. Also after the training course it is suggested to go an independent route. Our experienced instructor will watch you and help if needed. The difficulty of the route will be chosen depending on your skills.

Transfer from Bishkek city to National Park Ala-Archa (2150m). Then walk along the picturesque gorge of Ak-Sai to Ratseka hut (3350 m). Accommodation in a mountain hut or in own tents on the territory of Ratseka Hut. There we will have short acclimatization treks around the neighborhood.
Walking 5 km
Altitude 3300-3650-3300 m
After the breakfast we prepare equipment and go to Ak-Sai icefall. We practice on ice routes, working with rope and ice equipment. Overnight in the Ratsek Hut.
Breakfast, climbing on rocks close to the Ratsek hut. Belay on the rocks, free climbing, ascenting and descending with fixing rope. Overnight in the Ratsek Hut.
Walking 10 km
Altitude 3350-3900-3350 m
Breakfast, trekking to the Ak-Sai glacier. Movement on the glacier with rope, rescues in glacial cracks. Trekking to the Korona hut. Overnight in the Ratsek Hut.
Breakfast, climbing on rocks close to the Ratsek hut. Trade climbing. Overnight in the Ratsek Hut.
Walking 10-15 km
Altitude 3350-4800-3350 m
Early breakfast. independent ascent on the rock or ice route. The route will be chosen depending on your skills. Instructor will watch you and help if needed. Overnight in the Ratsek Hut.
Trek 7 km, 3 hours
Altitude 3350-2100-800m
Automobile 50 km, 1 hour
After breakfast, we pack our stuff and go down to the alpine camp Ala-Archa, by already familiar route. Transfer to Bishkek city.
