High Mountain Valley Arabel is located between Jetymbel Range and Terskei Ala-Too Range about 3800 meters above sea level. It is 350 km east of Bishkek city, near the southern coast of Issyk-Kul lake. There is harsh climate with low temperatures and strong winds. So skiing becomes possible only in the spring. The valley is 30 km long and has a width of about 8 km. There are dozens of glaciers with a height difference from 3900 meters at the foot of 4500 on the tops and up to 3 km in length. Sarychat-Irtash natural reserve is also located here. As well as the largest gold deposit in Kyrgyzstan, Kumtor.
The area attracts, first of all, remoteness from civilization, high altitude and wild animals. Almost one hundred percent guarantee that you will see foxes, wolves, and of course the mountain sheep Marco Polo.
We suggest you visit our small hunting camp at an altitude of 3600 meters above sea level. Here you will find everything you need for comfortable accommodation - warm rooms, a dining room, showers and even a sauna. The camp has central heating and solar panels provide electricity. Some problem is caused by the lack of water; it has to be brought on a snowmobile from a spring several kilometers away.
There are a lot of open spaces here and we use snowmobiles to get you to the ski slopes. The program also includes a day driving snowmobile with instructor.

After breakfast departure to the ski area by snowmobile (4 persons for one snowmobile). The route passes through the picturesque canyon to the frozen lake. Ski-tour on the glacier to the pass, descent the same way. You must use the rope on the glacier. In the evening we return to the camp also on snowmobiles. For lunch, lunch boxes are provided.
Snowmobile 40 km,1.5 hour

After breakfast departure to the ski area by snowmobile (4 persons for one snowmobile). The route to the west along the Arabel valley, to the northern slopes of the Jetymbel ridge. Follow the Bordu Glacier we climb to the pass and then to the top of 4768 m. You must use the rope on the glacier. In the evening we return to the camp also on snowmobiles. For lunch, lunch boxes are provided. Final dinner in the mountains.

Breakfast in the camp, transfer by car to the Issyk-Kul lake. Issyk in Kyrgyz means hot - the lake does not freeze in winter. After a difficult week in the highlands, you can swim in the lake.
